IMPORTANT NOTES
• No videoconference will be made without a previous test with your site (to test connection, quality of sound and image)
• Before making a test please advise the contact below indicating the date of the videoconference.
• Precise in which way the call has to be done.
• Please note that the H.323 protocol is hard to use due to lack of quality of service on International IP network (even if you we have a very fast connection : we cannot control the allocated bandwith)
• We usually use a 256kbps rate as a minimum, to obtain a good audio&video quality
